I joined the Health & Fitness Movement long before it was cool ... back when the world made fun of joggers and claimed vitamins were dangerous! I started Running in 1974 at age 11, and Body Building in 1982 at age 19. In 1984 I trained under an Austrian weight trainer who was a master with supplements ... vitamins, minerals, trace elements, and protein shakes. I learned alot during that time, and for over 30 years now I have continued to train, learn, and promote Fitness. I created this page to share my experience, and help those interested in Fitness to find positive motivation, exercise tips, nutrition information, and safe science based supplements.
